The Bay Health Club is the UAE's first lagoon gym — a sculptural ellipse poised above the water, where every workout, every breath, every pause is choreographed against an unbroken horizon of palms and reflected sky. The architecture lifts the program on a slender plinth and wraps it in continuous curved glazing that holds the body within the landscape on every side.

At its heart, an open-air courtyard rises through the building — a planted atrium of mature palms that draws daylight, breeze, and quiet into every level. Fluted columns, oak floors, and softly contoured walls extend the architectural language inward, while training zones, Pilates studios, and curated lounges sit easily alongside the lagoon.

Materials are quiet by design — glass, timber, water, and greenery in one continuous conversation. The architecture steps back; the landscape steps forward. To train here is to belong to the place itself.
