Zuha Island is a large-scale coastal development where architecture and landscape resolve into a single continuous environment, defined by complex geometries and layered volumes.

As Architect of Record, Emkaan led the project through statutory compliance, detailed documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination across the execution phase — the long work of carrying an ambitious vision through to construction. The challenges were primarily structural: resolving organic forms and engineered systems into a coherent logic, then integrating them into the island context.

Zuhra Spa, conceived as one component of the master vision, carries the broader language of the island — continuity, sensory experience, spatial calm. On Zuha Island, the craft is execution: holding a vision of this complexity through every phase of construction without flattening any of its ambition.
